1. What we collect

Account information: when you sign in we store your email address, name and phone number, linked to your login account.

Booking information: the experiences you book, trip dates, number of participants, amounts paid and your booking history.

Messages and reviews: anything you send us through the contact form and any reviews you post on our experiences.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate your account, process and manage your bookings, send you transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, cancellation and refund notices), and respond to your messages.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Services we rely on

Authentication is provided by Google Firebase, which processes your login credentials and social sign-in.

Online payments are processed by Thawani Technologies, Oman's licensed payment gateway.

Transactional emails are delivered through Brevo.

Our website and database are hosted on Vercel and Neon, with infrastructure located in Europe.

4. Card data

Omanosaura never sees or stores your card details. Card payments happen entirely on Thawani's secure checkout pages, and we store only a payment reference so we can support refunds.

5. How long we keep data

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as required for legal, accounting and tax purposes.

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can view and update your name, email and phone number from your Profile page at any time.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the address below.
